2. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSH) unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed securely through Paystack.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
3. Delivery
- Digital products are typically delivered within 1-24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Delivery is made via email or WhatsApp as specified during purchase.
- Setup services (e.g., Pterodactyl panels) may require additional time for configuration.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Digital products that have been delivered and used are generally not eligible for refunds.
- If a product is defective or not as described, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

8. Account Bans & Third-Party Risks
When purchasing WhatsApp-related products, you acknowledge that WhatsApp may enforce its own terms of service. Charlse Tech Services is not responsible for any account bans or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
9. Consultancy Services
- Consultancy sessions are booked and paid for in advance.
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours before the session.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
